Planned Maintenance Works (H1763 - Planned 2020-25)

Stroud District Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors inrelation to entering a single works contract with some design to provide planned works to homes and communalareas as per the following scope of work (but not be limited to): Bathrooms, External Doors, Electrical, Heating, Kitchens, Windows, External Works, Roofing, External Walls, Communal Areas. The contractor will be requiredto deliver all work types.
