Stockport Council required a Schools Central Web filtering solution\. The Council completed a soft market test and deemed Smoothwall the most appropriate supplier for this\. This procurement was directly awarded using the HTE framework\. There were three companies on the Framework that Smoothwall partnered with, quotes were obtained from each\.
