## Description

Norfolk County Council has awarded a contract for support and development to Hitachi Solutions Europe for the Norfolk Vulnerability Hub\. The Hub is used to support vulnerable people, providing an holistic contact, triage and referral system that connects 'contacts' to the right help, from the right place at the right time across Norfolk Community Partnership partners \(including District, City and Borough Councils, Voluntary Sector, Norfolk constabulary etc\.\)\.
