## Description

North Kesteven District Council requires a single Supplier to undertake a planned preventative maintenance, emergency out-of-hours service programme, system monitoring and a cleaning service \(external & internal glazing and entrance mats\)\. The programme is mainly at the Main offices on Kesteven Street, Sleaford, The Hub at Eastgate, Sleaford and at the Depot on Scoley Court, Metheringham\. However, other named properties are also included within the requirements for servicing and maintenance\.
