Description
Hampshire County Council (The Council) is part of an EU-funded project called Step by Step (SBS). The aim of the project is to improve men's health and well being and is focused on developing a new model of community health and well being focused on community based groups. The Council is seeking a Provider to deliver an individualized, bespoke Leader Development Programmee to individuals involved in the SBS project. The SBS Leader Development Programme is tailored to the needs of SBS groups and consists of: •One to One support provided to SBS Group Leaders to enable them to successfully set up, run their groups and implement the SBS model. Where appropriate this includes signposting to training provided by the SBS project and other external organisations. •Provision of small grants programme to assist with group start-up and implementation of the SBS model The Contract) will commence on 02 September 2019 and will be for a period of 1 year and 3 months. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14:00 hrs on Thursday 25 July 2019.
