## Description

The Royal Parks wishes to establish a four-year framework agreement for services to decompact soil beneath mature trees\. Soil decompaction services are required in order to improve the drainage, quality and rooting environment of soil surrounding the base of mature trees\. Decompaction must minimise the damage to arboreal root systems\.
