## Description

Queensway Children's Centre is located in Grimsby on Binbrook Way in a built-up residential area\. West Marsh Children's Centre is located in Grimsby on Macaulay Street in a built-up residential area\. The purpose of this project is to carry out general refurbishments to both children's centres\. The works will include minor demolitions and removals, creation of internal stud wall and major redecoration\.
