This Loughborough University project compromises the construction of new bedrooms within the boundaries of the University campus to satisfy demand from new and returning students for hall places. Also part of the proposed development is the creation of sport- specific accommodation to secure Loughborough's place as a training centre for elite athletes through the provision of specialist accommodation.

This Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (“PQQ”) has been issued by Loughborough University’s Pro-curement Unit (Procurement Unit) in connection with a competitive procurement conducted in accordance with the Restricted Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (“the Regula-tions”).

Additional information: Loughborough University wishes to tender for a contractor for new student accommodation.
