## Description

Gentoo Group Ltd are seeking to procure a Principal Contractor to deliver varying external works to its properties throughout Sunderland, Houghton, Hetton and Washington\. The works will involve multiple trades and will include, but not be limited to: Boundary Works \(Fencing, Brickwork, Gates, etc\.\), Remediation to porches, works to garages, hardstanding repairs and repairs to outbuildings\. The budget for the works over a three year period is £3,500,000 excluding VAT\.
