ESPH433 SB Castleham Road Car Park Resurfacing (ESPH433 LM) - AWARD

Hastings Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for resurfacing Castleham Road Car Park. The works will comprise of: o Planing areas of the existing surface at the car park entrance and repair defective areas; o Lifting existing service covers and frames to new levels; o Re-surface the whole car park and entrance with new wearing course; o Lining / marking new car parking spaces to a similar layout as the existing. The car park is situated just west of factory units 30/31 Castleham Road, St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex TN38 9NS.
