## Description

Newlon Housing Trust \(NHT\) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced suppliers to develop and maintain a customer portal for residents\. NHT wish to use digital channels to improve services for residents and become more efficient\. We intend to migrate more and more services and we expect the resident portal to be our primary digital platform\. The portal will closely integrate with NHT's existing WordPress website and be driven by Microsoft Dynamics 365\. The portal will enable customers to update information, check progress, make payments and communicate more effectively with NHT\. The portal will need to be innovative and developed to be future proof\. The contract value is an estimate for the first phase of development\. However, the scope of the award is for a contract of up to 3 years to allow for future phases of incremental development\.
