## Description

Uttlesford District Council own the site which is situated in the former garden of 22 Mill Road\. The construction on the scheme will consist of a new detached 4-bedroom, 7-person property including all associated external works to the rear garden as well as the driveway\. This is stage one of the process to enable the Council to establish a shortlist of contractors for this process\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
