## Description

Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking expressions of interest for the construction of a new visitor centre at Houghton Hall Park, Park Road North, Houghton Regis Bedfordshire\. The designs are complete and a Bill of Quantities has been prepared\. The value of the works is considered to be in the region of £950k - £1m and is expected to start 1 March 2016 with an anticipated completion 31 December 2016\. Deadline for receipt of electronic Expressions of Interest is: 12 January 2016 Electronic Invitation to Tender \(ITT\) will be issued:10 December 2015 Deadline for electronic Tender \(ITT\) Returns:20 January 2016 Help and support The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the Tender process\.
