The specification has been clarified regarding the scope of works, including the sourcing of and supply/fit of balustrades. The evaluation criteria includes cost and service quality split 60:40 ratio The Tender requirements are for the replacement of the existing balustrades, handrails and associated fixings with new powder coated mild steel balustrades, including all associated making good works required, ensuring adequate protection to unguarded edges are in place at all times and all Health & Safety requirements are met.
