Cashless Parking Solutions

Description

Shepway District Council ("the Council") is seeking to appoint a suitable supplier to provide cashless parking services in all council operated pay & display car parks and on-street chargeable locations. The council has had cashless parking as an alternative to traditional pay & display machines since 2009 and has seen an increase in use since it was introduced. The council is now seeking to appoint a service provider to expand the cashless service to include a virtual parking voucher system for residents and hotel guests. The service provider will be committed to working with the council to encourage increased use of the cashless parking system. The length of the contract will be 4 years with an option to extend for a maximum of a further 2 years.
