Buckinghamshire New University \(BNU\) are seeking to implement a digitised software solution for certificate, transcript, and award verification to address current challenges of inefficiency, security risks, and high operational costs\. Implementing a digitised solution must comply with regulatory requirements, such as the Office for Students \(OfS\) conditions of registration, which mandate that universities provide accurate and secure documentation to maintain academic integrity and transparency\. Additionally, consumer protection laws require that students be treated fairly and provided with timely and accessible information about their qualifications\. Ensuring the solution adheres to data protection regulations, such as GDPR is also critical to safeguarding personal data and upholding trust in the system\.
