## Description

As identified in recent condition surveys reports, various Block A building fabric elements are reaching the end of their life expectancy\. This capital funded project involves the replacement of Patent Glazing above classrooms to Block A\. Renewal of high-level Soffits and RW goods to parts of Block A\. Overlay repairs to mineral felt roofing coverings along the covered walkways and all associated enabling works including licenced asbestos removals\.
