Future Work refurbishment works to an office building including demolitions, new partitions and doors, and M&E works to suit new rooms. The building works will create new flexible office space within the existing 222 Upper Street council offices. Following on from Phase 1, Phase 2 includes 1st Floor Laycock, 2nd Floor Laycock and Non-laycock, 4th Floor Laycock
