Cambridge City Council - Prior Information Notice (PIN): Council magazine printing

The Resident Involvement team within Cambridge City Council's Housing Service are seeking a supplier to print a magazine for our residents. Our 'Open Door' magazine is printed three times a year and is sent to all our Cambridge City Council tenants and leaseholders, it contains the latest news and information from the Housing Service and publicises community events and opportunities to get involved. Each edition is sent to around 7,500 addresses and will usually include 16 colour pages in A4 size.

The content and design of the magazine is completed by the Resident Involvement team. This contract would be for one supplier to manage the printing process of the magazine and link up with a separate supplier in order to package and post the magazine, on behalf of the Resident Involvement team.
