Measured Surveys and AutoCAD Drafting Services

Oxford City Council intends to let a Framework Contract for the supply of Measured Surveys and AutoCAD Drafting Services.

It is anticipated that the following range of services may be required:

• Measured surveys of building and units in the Covered Market and preparation of floor plans, elevations and sections, on CAD • Preparation of plans for inclusion in leases • Preparation of drawings for improvements and alterations • Preparation of documentation and submission of schemes for Planning Permission and Listed Building consent • Preparation of documentation and submission of schemes for Building Regulation approval • Deliver electronic drawings in AutoCAD • To adopt policies and procedures recommended in BS8541 and BS13567 • To deliver information in DWG, DXF,RVT,SKP and PDF formats • To deliver drawings and BIM files to BS1192 and the City Council's BIM Standards
