Disagreement Resolution and Mediation Service

Description

Barnsley Children and Young People's Trust are seeking to commission an experienced service provider to deliver an impartial disagreement resolution and mediation services for resolving disagreement between parents or young people, education providers, local authorities or health commissioners. This service is required to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements of the Children and Families Act 2014, The Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014 and the SEN and Disability Code of Practice: 0 to 25 years, May 2015. The overall cost allocated to the service is £15,000 for one year for an unlimited service offer which meets the requirements of the service specification. There is an option to extend this contract for a further 12 months if required.
