T0545 Future of roadside facilities- development

The key purpose of this service is to "support National Highways in developing a future vision for Roadside Facilities, and associated potential levers required to ensure the agreed vision is delivered." The key objectives include the following: 1. Lead the development of a future vision for Roadside Facilities. The Vision will set out National Highways' approach to Motorway Service Areas, Amenity Sites, Laybys and Truckstops. 2. Develop said vision(s) showing clear objectives for RIS3, RIS4 RIS5, and beyond. 3. Identify the levers/strategy needed to provide direction for National Highways.
