## Description

The North East Lincolnshire Council \(the Authority\) has gained is one of the first Authorities in England to gain Housing Zone Status\. Housing Zones are areas of brownfield land where councils work in partnership with private developers to deliver thousands of new homes\. The Authority has identified suitable sites across the Borough of North East Lincolnshire Some of these sites have been targeted with accelerated delivery rates and the Authority has secured funding to support this\. To speed up the delivery of publicly owned sites, the Authority intend to provide sufficient information for developers, to speed up housing delivery\. The Authority require a number surveys/searches to be completed, to provide sufficient information to enable developers to progress a planning application
