Invitation to Quote to provide 4-10 book benches in Norwich for the EXPERIENCE Project

Norfolk County Council (NCC) wishes to commission an organisation to co-ordinate the management and delivery of between 4-10 book bench interventions in Norwich. The organisation will commission artists to design and/or decorate the 4-10 book shaped benches. This will support the delivery of EXPERIENCE, a €23.3 million project co-financed by ERDF via the France (Channel) England Programme and contribute to development of sustainable, off-season tourism based on the natural and cultural assets of Norfolk.
