Description

Invitation to Mini Compete (ITMC) - Brighton & Hove City Council is inviting tenderers to undertake a full survey of all of the external elements of the blocks including roof, windows, concrete, brickwork etc., and to prepare a full scope of works, drawings and details as necessary for a future capital works project to be tendered through the Councils framework of contractors. The works are to comprise of but not limited to and subject to survey: • Roof replacement with insulation • Concrete repairs to all of block structure • Replacement of windows and patio doors to flats • Brickwork repairs or EWI • Cavity Wall Insulation • Replacement of common part windows (option) • Replacement of handrails to balconies • Recovering of balcony surfaces • Replacement of rain water goods • General repairs • General redecorations • General landscaping
