## Description

Tenders are invited for the supply of Council Tax Single Person Discount \(SPD\) Review Services\. The successful Service Provider will be required to undertake: • A risk based and intelligence driven bulk review of all Council Tax payers who are receiving a Single Person Discount \(SPD\) to check their eligibility; • Ongoing reviews thereafter of SPD cases to check customers' ongoing eligibility for SPD and new SPDs coming into the caseload; • A fully managed service with the successful Service Provider to access and update the Council Tax database \(Capita's One Revenues & Benefits system\), the Council's Document Management System \(currently Northgate's Information@Work\) and its Fraud Management Systems \(Datatank's OPUS\) with the results of review work undertaken\.
