## Description

The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea \(RBKC\) is seeking to award a contract to a Consultancy to provide two \(2\) key personnel to work with its in-house team to deliver cost consultancy and quantity surveyor services across a range projects in respect of RBKC's property portfolio\. The key personnel supplied by the Consultancy from time to time are expected to work for forty-eight \(48\) weeks of the year \(excluding bank holidays\) during the Contract Term\. Bidders should note that there is a high demand for the Services and therefore such key personnel will be expected to work outside normal working hours\. A typical day is likely to be in the region of ten \(10\) hours\.
