GB-London: Supported Living Costing Tool - Secure unlimited access for all councils to a SLCT

Description

This contract will secure access for all councils to a Supported Living Costing Tool, which will be robust and user-friendly and available to use by 31st March 2024. Access to the tool will not be limited by number of councils, number of users per council and the strong preference is for access to be available in perpetuity, failing that for a minimum of 2 years (i.e. up to 31st March 2026). For clarity, any reference to supported living in this document only relates to the care and support to help people living in the schemes, as opposed to the rental / landlord element. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
