Stevenage Borough Council wishes to provide a new development of 29 flats with associated parking at 145 Scarborough Ave, Stevenage. The development involves the new build construction of a three storey block containing 29 self contained flats for affordable rent with parking and secure cycles storage. The development will include all associated on and off site works as indicated on the accompanying site layout. The objective of the development is to provide well designed and constructed dwellings for residents.

The contract will be let on a Design and Build basis and so tenderers are to satisfy themselves that they have made adequate allowances for all eventualities and have the necessary skill and experience to complete a high-quality product.
