Cambridge Biomedical Campus Legal advice on land deal and disposal

Description

Cambridgeshire County council placed a direct award to Browne Jacobson under Lot 1a: Full Service Provision - England and Wales of the CCS Public Sector Legal Services (RM6240) framework to advise on and deal with two linked land transactions associated with the expansion of Cambridge Biomedical Campus, Cambridge as the Council is the largest landowner in the expanding Campus.  The two transactions relate to a ransom and land acquisition deal, and a development agreement including a phased drawn down of land at discounted Market Value on a long-leasehold basis.
