Work description
The Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) sought to procure a Case Management System to support the handling of Freedom of Information (FOI) requests and Parliamentary Questions (PQs). This requirement has now been fulfilled through the selection of a supplier via the G-Cloud 14 Framework.
