KMCIRS-123 Compliance Inspector for Soothill Housing Site - Further Competition via the Homes England Multidisciplinary Technical Services Framework

In order to support Kirklees Council in administering the delivery obligations placed on the developers in delivering the Soothill site in Batley, it is intended that a single firm will be procured to act as the Council's Compliance Inspector, who will deliver the scope of services as follows; Pre-Start on Site Meeting, Start on Site Monitoring Report, Quantity Surveyor, Monthly Monitoring Reports, Contract Management, Final Completion Certificate, Policing the Standing Stock Clause.
