Provision of Sanitary Services for the Council's Public Toilets

Wychavon District Council requires a supplier to provide sanitary services for the Council owned public toilets, based in eleven toilet blocks in Broadway, Droitwich, Evesham and Pershore. The successful Supplier will be required to provide various sanitary services to include • Sanitary and nappy bins and the regular collection of the waste deposited within tailored to each blocks requirements. • Air fresheners, both battery and mains powered • Toilet seat sanitizers • Needle bins • Urinal Sanitizers

The Council are using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.

To gain access to the procurement documents, contractors will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, contractors will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Contractors will need to search for the invitation under Wychavon District Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
