RMBC-ND- Retail and Leisure Leasing Agency Services for Egham Gateway West, Station Road, Egham, Surrey - AWARD

The Egham Gateway West Development is being undertaken by Runnymede Borough Council to provide a catalyst for the regeneration of the town centre and local area. The redevelopment consists of multi-level mixed use buildings comprising retail/restaurant units on the ground floor level and a two-storey cinema, with residential and student accommodation above. The Council is seeking to appoint a retail and leisure leasing agent on a sole agency basis in order to advise on all aspects of marketing of the property, identifying new tenants and complete the letting of the Retail and Leisure space
