## Description

Tax Reviews and Ad-hoc advice By virtue of the \(Tax\) Regulations 2006, SI 2006/575, the PPF is treated in a similar fashion to UK registered pension funds from a tax perspective\. The PPF does not have to pay UK corporation tax on its surplus or gains\. Services to be supplied: 1\. Tax advice services in relation to VAT returns, income tax returns, and ad hoc advice on subsidiary corporation tax, employee remuneration, expenses, and benefits 2\. Reviews of VAT, PAYE, PSA and CIS\. Contract Term: Initial term is 2 years with the option to extend by a further 2 periods of 12 months\.
