Meon Court Refurbishment

The Works comprise the total re-roof of Meon Court community centre. Internal refurbishment of the Community Lounge, Entrance Lobby and Dining area, together with improvements to the external lighting. Also, the conversion of the four bedroom wardens flat on the first floor, into two, one bedroom flats with new external access staircases.

Additional works include the installation of external doors and the installing of two new window's to the wardens flat as shown on the drawings and as described in the separate schedules.

Additional information: Applicants will be required to apply via "Supply Southampton" website which can be accessed via, http://www.southampton.gov.uk/business-licensing/supply-council/supply-portal.aspx where you can register your details and access documentation. All documentation including questionnaires must be completed and submitted by no later than the time/date indicated. The Council undertakes to use reasonable endeavours to hold confidential any information provided in the proposal submitted, subject to the Council's obligations under law, including the Freedom of Information Act 2000. If the applicant considers that any of the information submitted in the proposal should not be disclosed because of its sensitivity then this should be stated with the reason for considering it sensitive. The Council will then consider the sensitivity statement before replying to any request received under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
