## Description

The Specification sets out the vision and objectives in respect of the evaluation of the National Lottery Heritage Fund project, the Land of Lead and Silver, its impact and legacy\. The primary objective of the contract is to measure against a set of KPI's and outcomes, outlined by each of the funders to advise and support the team to ensure compliance, value for money, meeting outcomes/KPI's, developing opportunities and provide a final report and video\.
