Void Clearance Services

Magenta Living is seeking tenders for void property clearance services which includes the removal and disposal of: • previous tenants domestic rubbish; • garden area - litter, rubbish including scrap metal, timber, broken glass, garden debris, fallen leaves, dumped material, building debris and stones; • environmentally unsound material, fly tipping, scrap metal, tenants debris etc from garden areas to tip; • garage - clear out and remove all contents to an authorised waste site • clear out environmentally dirty dwelling remove contents to authorised waste site, dispose of anti-social, medical, human debris etc;

Additional information: Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the Magenta Living's e-sourcing portal at: https://www.housingprocurement.com/. Suppliers must read and download the ITT documents via the e-sourcing portal and follow instructions for completion and submission, ensuring they submit their ITT return together with any supporting information requested by the closing date stated in this Contract Notice. TENDERERS MUST NOTE: TENDERERS MUST COMPLETE ON THEIR OWN COMPANY LETTER HEADED PAPER, SIGN AND RETURN THE TUPE DECLARATION LETTER RE CONFIDENTIALITY UNDERTAKING IN RELATION TO EMPLOYEE INFORMATION BEFORE THE TUPE INFORMATION WILL BE RELEASED TO THEM AS PART OF THESE PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTS.
