Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) manage 25,000 properties in the North West and South Yorkshire. \r \r Preferred supplier list for supply and installation of carpet and sheet flooring to tenanted and void properties, including communal areas and new builds across its portfolio. \r \r The contract is split into four regional Lots across the North West and South Yorkshire, and a Supply only Lot (sheet flooring and associated materials) for delivery to a single point in Trafford, Greater Manchester.
