## Description

Progress Housing Group are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to assist the inhouse team with the planned and reactive maintenance of approximately 30 Kitchen and/or Bathroom replacements within supported properties per year in the North West area as per the attached specification\. Contract term The anticipated Contract duration is 2 years with the option to extend by a further 2 years \(1\+1\) subject to performance\.
