1-925 Roadside Communication (RsC) - Monitoring and Evaluation project

Highways England is looking to setup a contract for the provision of services to provide technical service to produce an evaluation report, summary, recommendations and implementations procedures / guidance for the trial of the Roadside Communications (RsC) and further trials involving the electronic billboards and its potential use in improving customer satisfaction of road users while driving through roadworks on the M4 J3-12 smart motorways scheme.
