\*\*\*\*\* THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION \*\*\*\*\* This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS RM6126 Research & Insights DPS Brief Description of Requirement This specification resource is for research into the appraisal methods for R&D projects, including case studies, that will support DSIT's ongoing activities to create R&D supplementary guidance\. This will enable DSIT to deliver recommendation 4 of the David Willetts review into business cases, which recommends producing supplementary guidance for the Green Book to support assessment of science and technology business cases
