CPG/11536/2024 - A/C Maintenance for the British Embassy in Brasilia

Contract to be for a period of 3 years plus 2 optional extensions for up to 12 months each.

A recurring requirement for the British Embassy in Brasília is to have a Contractor to carry out preventive/reactive/corrective air conditioning maintenance in its properties in Brasília, Brazil. There are 8 owned houses, 11 rented apartments and the entire British Embassy Complex Building.

The supplier must provide preventive/reactive/corrective and ad hoc maintenance services for all air conditioning equipment in the properties, in the Embassy complex in Brasília and also control of the Building Management System (BMS - Building Management System) for the main building of the complex.
