## Description

Contract to be for a period of 3 years plus 2 optional extensions for up to 12 months each\. A recurring requirement for the British Embassy in Brasília is to have a Contractor to carry out preventive/reactive/corrective air conditioning maintenance in its properties in Brasília, Brazil\. There are 8 owned houses, 11 rented apartments and the entire British Embassy Complex Building\. The supplier must provide preventive/reactive/corrective and ad hoc maintenance services for all air conditioning equipment in the properties, in the Embassy complex in Brasília and also control of the Building Management System \(BMS - Building Management System\) for the main building of the complex\.
