## Description

Design and build of new "Innovation Hub" comprising the refurbishment of existing facility to provide new conference, meeting and training facilities\. Project to be executed under JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 \(with amendments\)\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\. Applicants should note that they are required to complete a Confidentiality Agreement before tender documents will be made available\.
