Dynamic Purchasing System for Early Years Training

Warrington Borough Council wishes to establish a Dynamic Purchasing system for the provision of training for people who work in an Early Years setting. The providers will be working within a Early Years setting, including child-minders, day nursery staff, children's centre staff and occasionally council employees.
