BT1778 Machinery Training for Parks countryside Services

It is a health and safety requirement that all grounds staff receive initial new user training in the safe use of the equipment and there after receiving four yearly refresher training to ensure that they maintain the required standard of competency in the use of the equipment. The staff operate machinery in public spaces therefore it is imperative that they know how to use the equipment safely and competently in order to protect themselves and any members of the public who may be in the vicinity.
