Maintenance and Testing of Heating and Hot Water Systems and Gas Appliances

Description

The Contractor will be appointed to carry out the duties listed in this Specification to ensure that so far as possible the heating and hot water generating systems and gas appliances throughout the premises listed are maintained in a good and safe working order by means of regular maintenance and repair together with 24 hour breakdown coverage, 7 days a week, 365/6 days a year. The Contract is with South Staffordshire and Shropshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust hereafter referred to as The Authority.
