Work description
Tendring District Council is seeking to appoint a consultancy to produce a Development Framework for Jaywick Sands to guide the phased comprehensive development of approximately 90 hectares of Council owned land and privately owned plots within the existing adjacent residential areas of Brooklands and Grasslands.
