HMRC is issuing an Invitation to Quote \(see attachments\) to invite suppliers to tender for a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor \(DGSA\) in order that it may comply with an exemption granted by the Health & Safety Executive \(HSE\) relating to the Road Fuel Testing Unit \(RFTU\) oils activity only\.
